Please have your photo ID and Income proof documents easily accessible on your computer.

The RHR system will require them as part of the application process.

Application fees are non-refundable regardless of the owner's final decision.

Approval Guidelines:

Approval requires a 700+ FICO score, gross income proof of 2.5x the monthly rent,  2 years rental and work history verified in writing, no criminal record, no credit collections, no history of NSF checks, no evictions, no late rent payments.
